What to look for when hiring a concrete contractor!!!

– due diligence should be a homeowners first priority when selecting a contractor for your project!! ie: look and read reviews, do research on the project so you know the answers to the questions your going to ask when a contractor shows up to give a formal estimate, this way you will know if he or she is a qualified candidate…

-pricing: don’t just choose a contractor because his price is low, especially if it’s to low, this means there just trying to get the job, but most likely you will get what you pay for in the end, and could be a costly mistake… get 3 estimates, and use your judgement when interacting with the different contractors, feel them out , and don’t be afraid to ask questions.. this also helps build a rapport….
