Footings for lanai’s and steps..

So we been getting a lot of calls for concrete steps that need to be replaced. If your getting any kind of steps, patio, lanai, or porch construction done to your home ask questions, make sure the contractor is going to construct the proper reinforced footings/foundations. Otherwise you will have sinking problems, water problems, cracking concrete, some people may read this and already know this, but for the amount of calls we get for these problems, it’s clear that there is just as many homeowners that don’t,, thanks for reading, and keep this in mind when having new concrete construction… TCC
